Age Restriction: Gading4D employs strict age verification procedures. Any Account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
Each eligible individual may maintain only one active Account on the Gading4D platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Gading4D reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Gading4D shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. You must notify Gading4D immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
Gading4D reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
Your use of the Gading4D platform is subject to the following general terms of use, which apply at all times:
Gading4D accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, BTC). The minimum deposit is MYR 30 for e-wallets and MYR 50 for bank transfers. Deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
All deposits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation. Gading4D does not accept deposits from third-party sources — funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received during operating hours. Estimated processing times are: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX — 5 to 15 minutes; bank wire transfers — 15 to 60 minutes. These are estimates and are not guaranteed in all circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment method previously used for deposits on the Account, subject to KYC compliance. Gading4D reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems high-risk.
All transactions on the Gading4D platform are processed in MYR. Gading4D does not charge deposit or withdrawal processing fees; however, third-party charges imposed by payment providers or banking institutions are the sole responsibility of the User. Cryptocurrency network fees are borne by the User.

Gading4D reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any Account engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all balances therein, and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.
All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, text, and other materials comprising the Gading4D platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Gading4D or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of Gading4D.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal gambling entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence terminates automatically upon closure or suspension of your Account.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gading4D, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Gading4D's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Gading4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon legitimate termination by either party, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory KYC completion and the absence of outstanding disputes.
You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding bet settlements or withdrawal requests already in progress.
Gading4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification to the address associated with their Account, and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the effective date of the changes, unless immediate implementation is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
Your continued use of the Gading4D platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 13.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent arbitration or legal forums as designated by the Platform operator in connection with any dispute arising under these Terms.
Nothing in this Clause shall limit Gading4D's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction in order to prevent or restrain any breach of these Terms.
